About this role:The Advisor Platforms Product Management organization within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) leads the strategy, design and prioritization of the Advisor Desktop experience and Advisor tools to enable growth across WIM's full-service and independent advisor channels. The team drives close collaboration across all Wealth & Investment Management product verticals and 3rd Party FinTech to drive a consistent and seamless experience for Advisors and Client Associates.
Wells Fargo is seeking a
Senior Lead Product Manager to join our Advisor Platforms Product Team to define and own requirements for our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platform. This role will partner with various business stakeholders to drive the integrated desktop experience. The individual will collaboratively work with technology to create and maintain features and capabilities that will enrich the overall advisor experience.
In this role, you will:- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- End to end ownership of defining, refining, delivering, and maintaining features and capabilities for the RIA channel
- Integrate existing product and technology capabilities, including influencing product backlogs, requirements, design, and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges, leveraging industry research to establish competitive capabilities
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
- Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience within financial services, wealth management RIA subject matter expertise is desired
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile technology development including experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira Experience creating efficiencies and increasing productivity to enable Financial Advisors and Client Associates
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of business requirements analysis including identification of alternative solutions and associated tradeoffs
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
