The Association Marketing Team is seeking an Associate Marketing Strategist to develop multi-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in D2C marketing, with expertise in creating highly personalized approaches across direct mail, email, and online platforms. This role requires a keen eye for market trends, the ability to identify growth opportunities, and a talent for translating data insights into actionable strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners under the guidance of more senior marketing strategists to implement innovative marketing approaches that deliver measurable results.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Collaborating with Senior Marketing Strategists to develop and implement annual marketing plans.
Representing the marketing strategy team and serve as a liaison between internal and external business partners.
Researching marketplace trends to identify new opportunities and leveraging data insights to enhance and optimize future marketing strategies.
Developing comprehensive marketing briefs with clear objectives, KPIs, and direction for creative, production, and data/analytics teams.
Working with project managers to develop marketing timelines and manage budgets.
What you’ll need:
4+ years’ experience with executing D2C/B2C marketing plans.
Experience with highly personalized direct marketing, print and digital channels.
Aptitude to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
It’d be a plus if you had:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Insurance industry experience a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of the Association/Affinity marketplace a plus.
Customer Experience (CX) training/experience and marketing automation experience a plus.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
