Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools and cloud databases such as BigQuery.
- Experience architecting, developing, or maintaining technical solutions in virtualized environments.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical sales or consulting in cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data.
- Experience in customer-facing migration, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
- Experience in programming/scripting languages including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Oracle), R, and Python.

As a Cloud Business Intelligence Architect, you will work directly with customers on critical projects to help them transform their businesses with data. You will provide management, consulting, and technical aptitude to customer engagements while working with customer executives and key technical leaders to deploy data solutions via Google Cloud and Looker. You will leverage data and work closely with key Google partners currently servicing accounts to advise on service offerings, scale technical knowledge and best practices, and partner with Product and Engineering product development.You are open to traveling up to 30% of the time for customer engagements and field programs.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Propose solution architectures and advise the deployment of Cloud Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions according to requirements and implementation.
- Interact with account teams and technical stakeholders to translate complex customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate solutions and consulting services.
- Advocate the use of data to drive strategy and develop operational reporting and tooling to understand utilization, performance, and adoption of products to inform customer engagement strategies.
- Deliver insights to business stakeholders and influence customer engagements as new products, features, and solutions launch.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal specialists, Product and Engineering teams, assist in testing and implement new features, products, and solutions into thought leadership, methodologies, and assets.
