We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and transformational team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in stakeholder management, budgeting, variance analysis, and ad hoc projects working closely with the VP of Financial Planning & Aanalysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and various Board of Directors deliverables
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools
- Utilize SQL codingto extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BIto visualize financial data and performance metrics
- Perform residual calculationsto determine ongoing revenue streams from payment processing activities.
- Manage sales commissionscalculations and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely payments

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related discipline
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the payments industry or similar sector
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SQL and/or PowerBI is a plus
- Payments industry or a similar sector is a plus
