In this role, you will:
- Participate in underwriting of floor plan lending transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities for Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area
- Research customer financial performance, both historical and future
- Review and research less complex business assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternative suggestions
- Exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise within Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Distribution Finance Underwriting colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Distribution Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Inventory Finance experience
- Commercial Banking Underwriting experience
- Experience in Distribution Finance or Asset-Based lending
- Accounting and finance knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- B.A. degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
