FEDEX DELIVERY DRIVER WANTED - SUPERIOR, WI TERMINAL
Ace Deliveries, Inc. is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for a full-time driver based out of Superior, WI Terminal.
In your role as a FedEx driver, you would deliver packages to residential homes and commercial businesses on assigned route.
Job Summary
- Pay: $20-23 per hour (Depending Upon Experience)
- FedEx Vehicle Provided
- Routes average 35-50 hours per week
- Routes ranging from 50 - 100+ stops per day
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with route driving and courier operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Standard Drivers License
- No more than 2 moving violations within past year
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC) and be able to pass random drug screens once hired if offered a position
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card. (Paid for by company)
- Please note that this job may require occasional lifting of heavy items and working in various weather conditions.
