EXECUTIVE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Our work depends on an Executive IT Support Technician joining our team to provide technical support to high-level executives, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
HOW AN EXECUTIVE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Provide IT support to the executive staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, accessories, and mobile devices
- Coordinate with IT teams and other parts of the organization to resolve issues and provide modern technology solutions
- Perform tasks to improve the efficiency and reliability of the computing environment, including process improvement, automation, and technical solutions
- Maintain and troubleshoot the executives IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Ensure the smooth operation of the IT equipment
- Implement and adhere to IT security protocols and guidelines
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience:
- 5 years of demonstrated experience providing technical support to high-level executives, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issue.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience managing and administering Windows and Mac systems, to include workstations and mobile devices.
- Experience complying with security standards to include managing patches, updates, and antivirus solutions manually
- Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non- technical parties
- Ability to make quick decisions and resolve complex technical problems efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience managing mobile devices using Mobile Device Management platforms such as JAMF, BigFix, or Intune
Security Clearance Level:
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NIH Public Trust clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $115,256 - $155,934. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
