Description:We are Lockheed MartinThis position will work in Quality Control in Marietta, GA, to support all aspects of the C-130J build process to include the quality survey process. The Quality Survey Process serves as a recall system to capture nonconforming material of known escapes from either the Supply Chain or internal build processes. As a quality survey coordinator, the candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in an environment of multiple responsibilities and manage priorities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Directing action required to locate, inspect, and document material, components and aircraft which are suspected or known to have a nonconformance. This includes all points of the production cycle: in stock, at receiving or shipping areas, in fabrication, in aircraft assembly areas, components in transit between sites, and those installed on aircraft.
• Defining the full scope of the nonconformance or escape and coordinate with applicable stakeholders (Chief Engineering Office, Material Review Board, Production Operations, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers etc…) to determine all necessary actions. The selected candidate will have strong
• Create and release applicable Survey documents or Minor Variances (if applicable) and notify the sustainment team when the escape has migrated to the field.
• Additional responsibilities include but not limited to leading the quality team’s product compliance surveillance by creating an audit plan, executing to the plan, and checking and adjusting based on performance. The coordinator will be responsible for compiling and briefing audit results to senior operations leadership weekly.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
