Reporting to the Director, Social Campaign, this role sits on our Brand Marketing & Creative team and is responsible for the seamless integration of brand and title campaigns onto our Peacock brand channels. Working cross-functionally with planners, creatives and publicists across the Marketing team to ensure social campaigns are right-sized and balance owned channel growth & engagement with campaign level KPIs, leveraging the timeliness and access awarded via campaigns to develop and execute ideas that are thumb-stopping and entertaining while aiding in awareness, intent and attribution.
A candidate can expect to balance their time between upstream planning, cross-functional taskforces and ensuring that day-to-day campaign work meets brand standards and processes.
This individual must be a social advocate, and collaborative creative and strategic partner, who’s passionate about breaking convention and pushing for innovation and experimentation in our support strategies and social creatives to break through the noise of a crowded social media landscape while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Brief and collaborate with internal and external creative teams on execution of strategy and asset development
- Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally with a heavily matrixed marketing and PR team on broader 360 campaigns, activations, paid, influencers, and stunts to bring campaigns to life on our Peacock brand channels
- Build platform, CM and programming strategies for campaign integration onto brand channels to be executed against by platform and publishing team
- Monitor real-time social conversation and owned performance data to share cross-functionally and determine actionable insights for current and future campaigns, including reactive opportunities
- Work closely with internal and external partners to craft content capture strategies, leverage talent access, and decide execution needs (ie. Social capture days, marketing shoots, premiere events, collabs, etc.)
- Attend premieres, junkets, reunions and other events to capture and/or oversee social coverage as necessary
- Procurement and trafficking of creative marketing and series assets and footage to/from internal creative teams, production partners and agency
- Partner with other social teams in the NBCU family, like Bravo, E! Entertainment and Late Night to strengthen and amplify campaign support and brand synergy
- Ensure proper vetting of social creative and copy with internal legal, brand, and PR teams as necessary
- QA of social deliverables to ensure brand, creative, and show guidelines are all met and balanced, information is accurate, and that there are no spelling or grammatical errors
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in social strategy for a major brand or agency – direct-to-consumer, brand, and/or streaming experience a plus!
- Experience in supporting cross-platform social campaign management from end-to-end, including but not limited to creative ideation, development, strategy, planning, execution, and reporting – working with influencers, paid, and talent is a plus!
- Results-oriented problem solver with strong analytical instincts – able to apply insights to your campaigns both proactively and reactively
- Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting/fast-breaking deadlines
- High tolerance for change, a collaborative can-do spirit, and a positive/growth mindset
- Clear and concise communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to anticipate messaging needs proactively

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 (bonus eligible)
