About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant in Customer Information Management as part of Consumer, Small and Business Banking. Customer Information Management product is accountable for enabling Wells Fargo lines of business by providing high quality customer data for consumption and maintenance through system-to-system interfaces. In this role, you will:- Refine epics and features with clear acceptance criteria to be ready for scrum team planning and delivery
- Develop deep understanding of your aligned customer data sub-domains including regulatory and customer experience considerations
- Demonstrate data products and technology thought leadership including driving modernization efforts
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions by champion the product vision, guiding principles, and roadmap
- Provide guidance and direction to scrum teams tasked with product delivery
- Capture and disseminate product OKRs and key performance indicators and business value (revenue gains, efficiency saves, etc.) and agile performance metrics (velocity, capacity, burn down)
- Identify opportunities to continuously refine and optimize the strategic operating model
- Support program planning and funding processes, to include support and refinement of annual funding requests, program prioritization, and executive and stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain Agile strategies for prioritization, interdependency management, and scoping across use cases, organizations and competing priorities
- Facilitate meetings to drive solutioning for the Product
- Conduct Ongoing analysis of overarching Product governance models and delivery to identify gaps and opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Product management and Agile experience preferably as a scrum team product owner, technical analyst or product area analyst
- Experience working in one or more customer data sub-domains within the financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience in technology modernization efforts leveraging APIs, MongoDB, and Kafka
- Experience with data governance standards
- Strong technical and analytical background
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
