PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and configuration, along with experience providing user support and troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce instance to meet the evolving needs of our organization, as well as providing day-to-day support to Salesforce users.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user support, including resolving user issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to promote user adoption and proficiency in Salesforce.
- Perform data management tasks, including data imports, deduplication, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, as well as consistency across systems.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure data security and compliance.
- Analyze and interpret data from Salesforce to support business operations and decision-making using Microsoft Power BI.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and present findings to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on user support and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, and reports.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with users at all levels of the organization, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to user issues.
- Strong detail-orientation with a proclivity for data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience in Einstein preferred.
- Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Power BI preferred.
LOCATION
HPN is a remote company. Employees may work from anywhere in the contiguous 48 states while staying fully engaged with their team and the broader company through virtual collaboration tools and regular online meetings. Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings, conferences, or team-building events to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with key initiatives. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work from their home, have a dedicated office, and be comfortable balancing virtual communication with the ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
COMPENSATION
Salary: $96,000 (min)-$120,000 (mid). Commensurate with education and experience with a bonus potential.
