The Leidos Digital Modernization CTO organization has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be involved in identifying the next great technology to grow our business. Join our External Technology Partnership team as we identify and assess emerging technologies in areas such as cloud computing, cyber, AI, networking, and application development. You will research how these technologies work and determine how we might be able to apply them to our customers‘ mission needs. As part of the team, you will support engagements with our existing partner ecosystem and help to increase awareness of their capabilities across our business areas. Primary Responsibilities:
Research and assess IT companies and their products and services in support of determined technical needs
Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and systems for the tracking and sharing of external technology activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing partnership initiatives and the development of new agreements and long-term relationships
Support the execution of key partnership agreements
Prepare reports, funding requests, and briefing materials in support of projects involving external technology
Contribute to the development of product lines and services based on external technologies
Communicate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of strategic initiatives and maintain alignment with broader organizational goals
Assist with content management, including posting relevant materials to the company website to showcase new projects, partnerships, and key updates
Provide general project management support, assisting in coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and helping to organize internal resources and documentation
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, or related field from an accredited university. Candidates should be rising freshmen or sophomores
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with diverse teams and external partners
A keen interest in digital modernization, technology, partnership management, and business development
U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or higher
Experience working in team-oriented environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
An understanding of IT related technologies such as cloud and AI

Pay Range:
Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00
