- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into the company’s computerized system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office software and computerized systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
