Arivale Logistics, LLC, an independent logistics provider, is seeking motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our drivers play a key role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and values safety.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles and perform routine safety inspections.
- Follow all local and state driving laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service with every delivery.
- Maintain a steady pace in a physically demanding role, often exiting and entering the vehicle 150-200 times daily.
- Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery operations.
- Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and administrative tasks.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Assist other team members as needed, including participating in “rescue” calls to support teammates.
Benefits & Scheduling:
- Starting pay of $20/hour (paid weekly).
- Typical shifts are 10 hours, with a start time of 10:30 am.
- Work schedule: 4-5 days per week (40 hours).
- 2 paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute meal break during each shift.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) starts accruing from the first day of employment (up to 120 hours annually).

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability for weekend shifts.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Able to lift to 50 pounds
- Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify candidates).
- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.

- Uniforms.
- Company delivery vehicle with fuel.
- Handheld technology for navigation and package tracking.
- Necessary safety and administrative gear.
