The Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation (EIA) Sales Services Team is actively seeking a highly qualified and motivated Capture Excellence Lead to join their dynamic team. As a core member of the EIA Sales Services Team, you will play a valuable role training and mentoring new capture managers to apply capture planning discipline to win new business and lead captures for select opportunities within EIA business.

Candidate should demonstrate the following:
Effective training, mentoring, communication, and capture process skills:
- Champion all aspects of the capture through the Commercial Win Plan process for EIA businesses
- Provide coaching and guidance to facilitate understanding of capture plan activities
- Deliver ad-hoc capture training as requested
- Guide the development of capture plans (e.g., schedules, events)
- Lead Captures for select opportunities
- Facilitate win strategy workshops
- Assist in developing value propositions and compelling features to translate to proposal
- Support gathering, assessing, and validating customer requirements, as well as identifying gaps and emerging requirements
- Provide “evaluate/score like the customer” training, examples, and hands-on coaching
- Participate in capture activities, to include white papers, Requests for Information, sources sought, workshops, and opportunity gate reviews (e.g., competitive assessments, collaboration sessions, proposal reviews)
- Conduct after-action reviews for all business opportunities, coordinate customer debriefs, document lessons learned, and identify necessary adjustments to capture technique, strategy, and actions
- Chair/support initial draft, red team, and final proposal revision reviews and checklists
- Collaborate with Leidos government capture teams on energy program opportunities with federal and state government customers
Required Skills:
- Must have excellent communication and training skills (both verbal and written) and highly effective interpersonal skills to carry-out daily interactions with growth team, technical staff, and proposal managers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated track record of facilitating workshops, supporting successful large captures, and helping achieve profitable revenue growth
- Experience in the commercial energy marketplace
- Experience supporting all types of contracts (e.g., firm-fixed price, time and materials, cost-plus) and a full array of capture strategies (e.g., major re-competes, incumbent captures, new business captures, sole source awards)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
