What a great Solutions Engineer does:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the new sales opportunities via effective product demos, evolve the overall solution to meet client needs, respond to clients questions / additional information, respond to RFP’s and create SoW’s for closed opportunities.
As member of the Strategy team, you will be:
Evolve a solution based on specific client requirements
Prepare for and deliver product demos
Respond to RFP’s
Act as a feed-back-loop to the Product when new capabilities are identified
Complete SoW’s for closed opportunities
Assist as needed in the overall success of the client program
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience with one or more ERP systems
Experience within payment processing
