We are seeking a dynamic and experienced organizational change management practitioner and thought leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic change management consulting to HR executives, HR business partners, and business executives across the enterprise. You will consult on the development and activation of change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful implementation of business change initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in recommending approaches and supporting the building of change management capabilities for executives and their teams. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership in HR change management by developing tools, methodologies, and capabilities related to change management, change leadership, and resilience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong awareness of new trends, standards, and best practices in change management. You should have extensive experience leading enterprise and business strategic change management efforts, as well as consulting experience. Experience with leading HR-related changes, such as reorganizations, job eliminations, and business transformations, is essential. Comfort with interacting, presenting, and influencing at the executive level is a must. Preferred qualifications include PROSCI change management certification and Level 1 and 2 CQ® Certification. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leads one or more organization effectiveness (OE) program processes and methodologies, such as associate engagement, change management, culture transformation, leader and team effectiveness and rewards and recognition.
Designs and implements strategies to improve enterprise-wide organization effectiveness.
Provides thought leadership, builds tools and methodologies and manages processes, budgets, results and program metrics to ensure program effectiveness.
Collaborates with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to design and implement organization effectiveness initiatives to achieve desired outcomes with a focus on aligning business strategies, people, and culture.
Partners with vendors to identify and develop solutions to accelerate desired results for the organization.
Coordinates and completes annual award submissions, which includes developing the story, writing submissions and developing visually appealing presentation to accompany the submission.
Evaluates new and complex business requirements and makes alternative and/or improvement recommendations.
Ensures associate development, including performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow and organizational planning, and hiring and placement when required.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Director, Organization Change Enablement.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in organizational development/behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business or related area preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
Experience: Typically, ten or more years of proven OE experience, preferably in large organizations, with experience in planning, designing, implementing company-wide programs, process management and project management.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of survey development; interpretation, conceptual and analysis: project management; process management; modeling and design; training and/or capability management; functional and technical agility; vendor management; Skilled at dealing with ambiguity, organizational change. Demonstrates flexibility, composure, creativity, relationship management, listening, influencing and inspiring others. Demonstrable knowledge and skills in organization agility, interpersonal relationships, political savvy, planning, presentation, verbal and written communication, problem solving and priority setting. Demonstrated proficiencies in strategic execution, trend analysis, results orientation, team building, advising and facilitation. Prefer proficiency with Gallup online platform and pulse survey platforms.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HRBP.
