This position is for a Sr. Project Management & Planning Operations Representative supporting the LM Aeronautics Cyber Range (ACR) team and it's leadership with project management and operations of the ACR from capture to closure of critical direct contracted missions.
The candidate is responsible for delivering quality cyber risk and vulnerability assessments on schedule and within budget. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to facilitate consistent improvement that drives the team forward by managing risk, identifying business capture opportunities, and driving process improvement (i.e. Digital Transformation and Process Automation), documentation, and implementation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as liaison between ACR leadership, technical lead, program management, the EVMS team, and project execution team to ensure mission quality and on-time delivery.
- Assess project issues and development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-focused goals and objectives.
- Guide successful project administration (i.e. user access and permissions managed, and administered Kanban Boards/Dashboards/Projects.)
- Monitor test team execution and material budgets throughout mission phases and coordinate wit project schedules (i.e. IMS, ETC, and status updates)
- Organize test visits and coordinate with test lead for mission and delivery activities.
- Continuously identify and document issues and own risk management for projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements and metrics to improve mission execution flow.

Basic Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience with project management and planning on major DoD acquisition contracts.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience delivering leadership project briefings.
Desired Skills:- Demonstrated experience with risk management.
- Demonstrated experience with EVMS and program/project planning.
- Demonstrated experience with business capture.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous process improvement and implementing business efficiencies.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Experience with project management/planning tools, such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with proposal reviews, BOE development, and negotiations process.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
