This this will be an in-country position in Romania, work site will be the 86th Air Base in Romania.
What You Will Be DoingReporting to the Program Manager, the Deputy Site Lead is responsible for assisting the Site Lead in the execution of the F-16 flying training operation at the European F-16 Training Center (EFTC) located at the 86th Air Base, in Romania. The deputy site lead will assist the Site Lead in managing the flying and maintenance of aircraft and personnel conducting F-16 pilot training.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience
- Program/Project management experience and/or training
- USAF or equivalent F-16 maintenance experience
Desired Skills:- EMAR-145 Experience and extensive knowledge of NLD-MAA requirements
- Experience supervising deployed F-16 Flying Operations in providing all aircraft daily flight training/sustainment/maintenance and logistics support.
- Direct experience in establishing, leading and maintaining Air Force Base Flying and Maintenance operations.
- Understanding of LM Aero and LM Corp policies pertaining to conducting business in an international location.
- Experience with multinational (combined unit) deployed F-16 flying operations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
