In this role, you will serve as the product owner responsible for leading the Sales Force Automation (SFA) strategy for the Residential Equipment and Supply Sales organization in close partnership with the business and enterprise IT teams.
*This position is remote within the Southeast and Southwest regions*
Responsibilities:
- Lead SFA technology strategy across Residential and Supply organizations to ensure alignment and consistency across the business
- Serve as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) subject matter expert for the SBU providing digital transformation design guidance, field rollout demos and communication, and support for CRM programs
- Align with sales leaders to understand key strategies and technology needs
- Create a Salesforce technology product vision and roadmap that will support the sales team’s strategy
- Continuously gathers VOC feedback from sales teams regarding improvements that will increase value and adoption of the tool
- Partners closely with IT teams to provide guidance and oversight of product delivery and effectiveness
- Lead product validation, change management, and commercialization within the sales organization
- Oversee and govern the administration of sales product data such as system bundles, suggested sell, cross sell, and upsell data to drive greater revenue
- Gather, manage, and prioritize product enhancements and future development needs
- Responsible for maximizing the value (ROI) of the SFA products
- Owns the SFA product vision, scope, timeline and budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business analysis
- Proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration
- Combination of sales experience and technical savvy
- Experience as an Agile Product Owner a plus
- Experience using and/or administering Salesforce CRM a plus
