We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative for Promotional Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the designated market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools
