As a Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for leading pricing efforts for development, production, and sustainment proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to customers. You will work on a variety of proposal types, including USG, OTAs, and Competitive Efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the entire proposal process, from RFP and Proposal Authorization to contract award
• Coordinating functional inputs from various teams to ensure comprehensive proposal submissions
• Utilizing the LM Integrated Estimating System (IES) to develop and manage pricing data
• Guiding proposals through the management review process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support contracts negotiations and participate in customer fact-finding meetings
• Ensure appropriate application of accounting structures and rates for multiple sites and business areas
• Providing government audit support, fact-finding, and negotiation support

- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education in lieu of degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:- Aptitude for learning systems, procedures and various software applications
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership positions
- Ability to be agile to changing requirements and assignments

- Current TS with CV or investigation date within 5 years
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
