We will be having a hiring event on April 11th in King of Prussia, PA. If you apply to this requisition, you will be considered. We will be reviewing for multiple programs and the work schedule may change depending on program needs. We will be reviewing levels 2-5 for this event.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing tooling and fixture designs on assigned end item(s) with continuity through each design evolution of spiral development.
• Integrate factory data of each spiral as the tooling and fixturing are utilized to support manufacturing maturation to full production tooling and fixtures.
• Develop and implement optimizations and efficiencies; investigate efficiency losses/issue corrective actions to establish a stable, repetitive, and high-rate production line.

Bring your experience and passion for engineering to Lockheed Martin, and build the systems which support our nation's defense systems.Basic Qualifications:• Experience working in a program planning capacity
• Experience with planning/ scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, etc.) including resource loading labor hours
• Planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro
• Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
