The ISC IT Sr Manager for Supply at Trane Technologies is responsible for overseeing and managing all IT strategies, initiatives and day-to-day support related to the integrated supply chain functions for the Supply business unit, with a focus on distribution centers. This role ensures alignment of technology solutions with supply chain objectives to optimize processes, enhance efficiencies, and implement innovative IT solutions.
The ISC IT Sr Manager for Supply significantly contributes to the results of the group, team, and business by ensuring that IT systems and solutions are aligned with the integrated supply chain objectives. This role manages IT operations across multiple distribution centers, directly impacting the company's ability to ship products and meet revenue targets. By leading a team of IT professionals and managing a significant budget, the ISC IT Sr Manager drives critical IT initiatives that support process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and innovative IT solutions. The role's contribution is pivotal in achieving operational targets, maintaining service standards, and ensuring system reliability, which are essential for the seamless operation of the supply chain and overall business success.

Where is the work:

What you will do:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy for the integrated supply chain within the Supply business unit, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the IT budget for the integrated supply chain function, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems and processes within the distribution centers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Monitor and measure the success of IT initiatives through defined KPIs, reporting progress, benefits realization, and recommending solutions as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks related to integrated supply chain operations, including data security and system downtime.
- Provide ongoing support for users of IT systems and processes within the integrated supply chain, including documentation, training, and reporting.
- Drive end-to-end process improvements and transformations within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with other regional functions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Support distribution center optimization and create a strategic technology plan to help the business meet its growth targets.
- Manage IT service partners responsible for infrastructure, ensuring effective service delivery and support.
- Oversee all IT aspects, including applications, within the distribution centers.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field (Advanced degrees are a plus).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing IT projects within the supply chain domain.
- Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and optimization techniques.
- Ability to create, communicate, and execute a strategic vision.
- Executive-level presentation skills and the ability to handle high-level interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated executive leadership presence and maturity.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying root causes and developing innovative IT solutions.
- Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of integrated supply chain processes and Trane Technologies' IT landscape is highly desirable.
- Experience managing teams with diverse skill sets, including IT support partners, business and functional analysts, and IT business partners.
- 7-10 years of professional/related experience.

Base Pay Range: $
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
