What you will do:
The SBU Project Manager supports the Supply PMO team and reports directly to the Supply PMO Leader in the Engineering function.This key role helps manage the high demand on aftermarket parts projects related to NPD/VAVE for Residential and Commercial equipment, delivering results on time, meeting quality and cost objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-function team following BOS PDP process to workout requirements, develop concepts, make project plan, track/control risks, and validate design to ensure high quality and on time delivery product design.
- Coordinate parts setup reviews for aftermarket per the standard work.
- Lead cross-functional teams from project kickoff, scope review, timeline creation and execution of project tasks.
- Manage Engineering bill of materials inputs into the Service bill of materials
- Review the supply plan for every part.
- Coordinating serviceability discussions with all the team members that are needed.
- Assign Supply Team members tasks per the WBS in the standard work.
- Determine Length of Service Life.
- Phase in / Phase out demand forecast projection created.
- Identify Parts Setup and Parts that Still need to be setup.
- Present the Aftermarket project status at milestone management reviews.
- Working closely with other program functional team as design Engineering team, including product management, operation, procurement, quality.

Qualifications:
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
- Advanced use of MS Excel to manage service bill of materials.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Project management
Key Competencies:
- Education required:Bachelor of Science.
- Experience – 7-8 years of experience in planning, coordinating activity within a team, team leader, establishing milestones for delivery of project, office manager, project coordinator, some kind of supervisory experience.
- PMI certified preferred.
- Heat transfer/engineering thermodynamics/refrigeration engineering knowledge background preferred.
- Good writing & oral English skill.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
