Job Description
NBCUniversal’s Advertising & Partnerships team is looking for a motivated and dynamic Coordinator, Creative Partnerships who will support shaping the future of advertising through NBCUniversal Scripted and Peacock platform partnerships and will deliver marketing activations that exceed our clients’ KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Coordinator, Creative Partnerships for Scripted and Peacock will help our Peacock media partners soar by supporting on-platform partner activations and executing Peacock ad products, as well as supporting the development of unique partnership opportunities with NBCUniversal’s iconic Scripted content. The position reports to the Manager, Creative Partnerships for Scripted and Peacock Development and will be part of a motivated, hard-working team that delivers results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the execution of Scripted and Peacock Platform marketing initiatives, including leading production of Peacock Ad Innovations
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of NBCU Scripted content overview and go-to-market materials
- Specialize in tracking and monitoring of NBCU Scripted content
- Contribute to responses to in-bound client RFPs
- Assist department Directors and VP by providing day-to-day operational support and ad hoc projects for leadership
- Assist Manager in day-to-day client communication, client meeting prep, and development of client post-sale analysis (i.e. case studies and wrap reports)
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience working with brand advertising and marketing
- Interest in Advertising Products and NBCUniversal Programming
- Extensive proficiency of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop etc.
- Strong design acumen, for use in presentation development
- Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
- Knowledgeable about the AVOD and SVOD marketplace, including Peacock
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Excellent writing skills for internal and external communication
- Comfortable presenting in front of others
- Attention to detail, highly organized individual
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization
- Bachelor’s Degree

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000
