Description
Leidos is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. This is a unique opportunity to engage in direct external customer facing exposure to help design and deliver HR strategies to drive organizational performance and growth. The HRBP will identify opportunities for HR to partner effectively with management, demonstrate HR value by aligning to business objectives, and support change management activities. The HRBP functions as a true business partner, with opportunity to shape strategy, engagement, and culture, as well as to ensure that a strong talent pipeline is created for critical roles. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coaching and consulting; developing selection and retention strategies; developing mitigation and corrective actions to manage performance and conduct deficiencies; crafting succession strategies and plans; and, delivering on HR programs (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Rewards and a Recognition, Compliance, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience (or equivalent degree/experience combination).
- Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
- Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leaders.
- Proven ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects and execute in a dynamic environment.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in designing and delivering solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving change within client groups.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel.
- Broad HR expertise, to include responsibility for producing and presenting data.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrating consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for a government contractor or other highly regulated environment.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR professional certification.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
