Description:This position is for an L4 Systems Engineer Associate Manager on the Enterprise Verification and Validation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers. This team is responsible for maintaining infrastructure and process compliance. This includes management of DOOR's, TWC Cameo, Tableau Server, Jira and other related systems that the team uses. For compliance this is ensuring the correct use of the tools and systems are within bounds of the established processes.
The Enterprise Verification and validation team is responsible for executing Air System verification planning and execution activities to ensure compliance with Air System development requirements.
Managerial responsibilities are expected to take no more than 25% of candidate’s time. This time will include personnel management, staffing and maintaining associated budgets.
Basic Qualifications:- Appropriate technical degree from an accredited college
- Team leadership experience
- Infrastructure experience
Desired Skills:- Experience with DOOR's
- Experience with Cameo
- Experience with Jira as an administrator
- Process Compliance Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
