What does a successfulContact Center Support Associate do at Fiserv?
You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You'll support high call volume caseloads and will have an opportunity to ensure a customer experience and order success.
What you will do:
- Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
- Support application, IT hardware and software products.
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
- Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources to include product development as well as external software and hardware partners.
- Provide escalation level technical support.
What you need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of firewalls and drivers.
- Experience providing support via remote desktop.
