About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant as a Marketing Campaign Manager for Credit Card Open Market Digital and Personal Loan Paid Media. The focus of the role will be the execution of Credit Card Marketing on the Public Site and Mobile App and Personal Loan Marketing in Paid Media channels. The campaign manager will deliver marketing that drives excellent customer experiences and meets company goals, including new credit card account and personal loan acquisitions to support a growth portfolio of profitable Wells Fargo products. Important to success will be a strong understanding of digital and financial services marketing.
In this role, you will:Public Site / Mobile App:- Manage marketing content on Public Site and Mobile App through launch and monitoring, including, stakeholder communications, Legal and Compliance approval management and documentation, creative collaboration, and in-market tracking
- Execute website content strategy and manage development and execution of written content to support customer needs
- Participate in the development of and execute marketing campaign control processes and procedures that identify and address risk
- Contribute to marketing, creative, or product management and provide consultation in one or more areas critical to E-business success such as marketing programs, new products, or product enhancements
- Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections
- Collaborate and consult with vendors, product teams, technology, customer care, and other organizational units to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Leverage a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts
- Enable measurement & analysis of marketing performance
Personal Loans Paid Media:- Lead Personal Loans Paid Media strategy and execution, in partnership with Wells Fargo Personal Loans product marketing team and Wells Fargo's external media agency, to grow profitable distribution of Wells Fargo Personal Loan products via Paid Search and Paid Media channels.
- Help lead relationships with Paid Media vendor partners to ensure that Wells Fargo Personal Loans deploys best-in-class marketing strategies and is aware of and prepared to respond appropriately to all forthcoming changes to the paid media landscape.
- Consult with internal partners, including Marketing Operations, Pricing, Product, Analytics, Risk, and Finance, among others, to ensure that the Paid Media channel scales acquisitions efficiently and delivers maximum value to customers and the bank.
- Define and develop best in class creative, in partnership with internal and external creative resources, to drive optimal click through and application rates and ROI.
- Lead Personal Loan Paid Media marketing operations and partner with media agency partners on pricing, billing, and other tasks.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure that that all creative and targeting, targeting meet regulatory standards. Lead marketing asset submission and approvals via asset approval management tools.
- Lead execution of channel controls, in partnership with Media agency and other internal partners. Evaluate control workflows across channels to recommend process improvements or define new processes to gain efficiencies. Complete control audits and assessments in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Work with media agency and internal analytics teams to extract and deliver insightful findings to identify optimization opportunities Pull data and provide ad-hoc analysis to make business decisions to improve performance.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Project management skills: strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to drive marketing executions through multiple stage gates to launch.
- Self-starter with motivation to complete work in a timely fashion and to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to lead without authority and influence others to improve channel effectiveness
- Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Campaign management and execution experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
- Preferred experience in a regulated industry such as Financial, Healthcare, or Insurance

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $188,900.00
