Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide logistic support to the customer as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all matters relating to the Battery Command Post (BCP).
- Tactical Command System (TCS), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS) within the Patriot fleet.
- Participate in Recapitalization and upgrade fielding efforts for assets under the Patriot Air and Missile Defense (AMD) program as well as execute troubleshooting procedures on the Recapitalized or upgraded equipment to ensure all assets provided to the operator/end-user are Fully Mission Cable (FMC).
- Collaborate with internal and external team members on resolving identified issues and interface with and provide support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Provide training to operators on the use and maintenance of Patriot equipment fielded.
- Responsible for the development of logistical plans, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in logistics and coordinate resolutions or recommend solutions to management.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure desired logistic or technical support objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
- Work to minimize resource and time losses by addressing employee or production issues directly and implementing timely solutions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies to formulate and implement operational improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional team-building activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work as a single point of support for a variety of contract activities while prioritizing multiple customers’ program requirements.
- Be familiar with various DD/DA Forms (shipping and property transfer).
- Competent writing and oral communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- BA/BS,3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Army program office contract procurement, financial and technical action activities including writing procurement requests and developing contract requirement packages.
