Integrated Fires Office Manager
KBR is seeking an Office Manager to supervise a small team providing direct mission support to the Army’s Integrated Fires Directorate (IF-D) Office. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The primary duty is to lead a team in support of a Senior Service Executive (SES) Director. The Office Manager will provide support across the IF-D portfolio, which includes multiple Project Offices. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides support to the IF Director in the synchronization, coordination, and collaboration of efforts across the Integrated Fires Enterprise. May also assist in creating/briefing higher level executive agencies or program summary reports.
- Analyzes program activities such as acquisition program planning, management techniques, or documentation requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of information necessary for assigned projects, including researching, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information; prepare reports and present information.
- Aids in developing and implementing strategies to achieve program objectives safely and within agreed time, cost, technical, quality and other performance criteria.
- Supports the IF Director in executing his/her mission as single point of integrative responsibility needed to ensure the project office is managed effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Liaise with higher headquarters, governmental organizations, stakeholders, and subordinate organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise/Manage operations team members for the Integrated Fires front office.
- Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, and other materials.
- Review documents and communications on behalf of the Project Manager for content and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings; analyze content to extract actionable insights and requirements.
- Provide support in strategic communications and organizational strategy.
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow and reporting procedures.
Required Skills:
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience supporting O-5 and above level organizations
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with US Army, OSD and DoD organizations and staff processes desired.
- Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition process, standards and requirements desired.
- Familiarity with PEO MS weapons systems, processes and culture.
