What does a Finance Manager do at Fiserv?

What you will do:
- Own month-end deliverables including actively supporting the financial close and analysis of results. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
- Engage in business partnership to develop and drive in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
- Enhance monthly reporting/dashboards and other in-depth financial analysis to assist executive management in making operational decision-making.
- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models; provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and level of detail.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years in financial analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or an equivalent combination of military, education and work experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience with Power BI highly preferred
- Understanding of essential accounting principles
- Proficiency with Tableau, SAP, and Oracle
- MBA Degree
