What does a successful Senior Financial Residual Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Financial Residual Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis related to partner payment processes. In this role, you will be involved in financial analysis and data management. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis related to residual activities, identify and interpret trends, variances and anomalies in residual data and provide insights and recommendations to support the steady growth of the department.
What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis related to residuals activities.
- Identify and interpret trends, variances, and anomalies in residuals data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support the steady growth of the department.
- Design and maintain databases to accommodate the expanding scope of residuals processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in residuals-related databases.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate key residuals metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of residuals systems.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years experience in financial industry, billing experience, and/or data analysis
- 1+ years experience in Excel
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience in SQL, and Access
- Credit card, and payments experience
