What does a successful Implementation Analyst do?
You will be a key member of the team working closely with clients to implement Fiserv applications. Your contributions will directly enhance the success of our clients and contribute to the revenue of our business unit. You will lead the implementation process by training clients, defining process parameters, and configuring workflows to meet business needs. Engaging with clients as partners, you will help them implement software products that transform their daily operations.
What you will do:
- Understand the project scope, including Fiserv and client responsibilities for the implementation.
- Escalate requests outside of the scope or specified responsibilities to the project manager when necessary.
- Communicate progress and any potential problems to the project manager promptly.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project milestones and delivery dates.
- Provide clients with comprehensive overviews, workshops, and knowledge of the Teller application, including train-the-trainer sessions.
- Support clients through user acceptance testing, mock implementations, go-live, and post-go-live, ensuring the correction of any defects identified.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience with Fiserv Core applications, banking experience, or debit card experience.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with financial industry or financial industry software for 3 years.
- 2+ years of experience working with and experimenting with code samples to understand API consumer needs.
