We are currently recruiting a Tech Support Engineer. This Application Operations role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of software applications within the organization. The role requires an understanding of wires and real-time payment processing through the US banking system. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MS SQL Management Server, Windows Server Administration, and Certificate Deployments. Key responsibilities include executing SQL queries and handling databases and Windows servers.
What you will do:
- Management activities like Incident, change and release activities.
- Application Deployment/Product Upgrade.
- Implement SSO with application.
- Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident.
- Monitoring alerts, have proactive approach and propose solutions.
- Execute SQL queries, handle database and windows servers.
What you will need to have:
- Expertise in: MS SQL Management Server, Windows Server Administration, Certificate Deployments, Splunk, Dynatrace, PCF Console, PowerShell, XML Scripting.
- SQL Proficiency: Skilled in identifying errors, running, and updating SQL scripts.
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking, server connections, and middleware.
- Data Warehouse: Familiar with data warehouse systems, file extensions, and client-server relationships.
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, and MS Excel.
- US Banking System: Knowledgeable about the US banking system.
What would be great to have:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
