Fiserv’s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. What does a successful Graduate HR Operations Analyst do?
As a Graduate HR Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the UK HR Operations team, contributing to the seamless administration of the employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding. The role will provide support to a number of countries including UK, Ireland, Spain, Dubai, Italy and South Africa. This role will play a pivotal role in maintaining documentation, facilitating policy updates, and ensuring operational excellence. This role reports to the UK HR Operations Manager.
What you will do:
· Manage our dedicated HR case management system, responding to e-mails & answering any queries from employees in a timely manner. Responding in accordance with all service level agreements (SLAs)
· Assist in payroll administration tasks and support related activities as needed, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
· Coordinate wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being and engagement.
· Supporting benefits administration including liaising with 3rd party providers.
· Maintain up-to-date documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
· Assist the recruitment team in various tasks, including recruitment administration, contract generation, and onboarding preparations.
· Evaluate work practices through technological innovation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Become a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and support the business to maximize self-service features available through our Workday Platform.
· Adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to additional tasks as needed.
What the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience of working in a HR environment is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to communicate in writing and/or person in Italian and/or Spanish would also be advantageous
