The Integrated Fighter Group Electronic Warfare Team designs, integrates and delivers battlespace awareness and broad spectrum attack and self-protection solutions for our US and Foreign Air Force customers. Development, test and delivery of these systems within cost and schedule is a critical factor in allowing our customers to meet their capability requirements and for our company to meet its financial obligations.
This key position is for a Cost Account Manager. Role and responsibilities include managing the cost, schedule and budget for each assigned control account containing both internal and subcontracted material budgets.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Detail planning of work scope into control accounts and work packages, providing schedule progress/status, assessing and updating ETC/EAC/VAC, opening and monitoring charge number activity, reviewing and analyzing control account performance, providing Variance Analysis Reports, addressing metric anomalies,
identifying risks/opportunities, developing handling plans to mitigating risks or exploit opportunities, status management on scope of work status and issues, and aligning Agile execution plan with IMS's.
Candidate will also support the development of new business opportunities, preparation of estimates, and proposal development.
**Must be a US citizen. This position will require special access and a Secret Clearance.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

• Experience with budget analysis, management, and reporting for internal labor accounts and supplier material control accounts
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting DOD EVMS preferred

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
