What does a successful Implementation Analyst do?
As an Implementation Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a vital role in helping financial institutions streamline their operations and improve customer service. Your expertise and innovative spirit will ensure that our clients benefit from Fiserv's advanced banking solutions. You will contribute to delivering excellence through seamless software installations and professional client interactions.
What you will do:
- Perform software installations and training for Fiserv’s clients through onsite visits and web-based channels.
- Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates and product implementation services.
- Thoroughly track, organize, and document all product implementation-related activities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fiserv products and services.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Be available for occasional night and weekend projects.
- Travel as required, up to 25%.
What you will need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in direct customer service.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, and/or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in implementing software systems.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of Fiserv products and systems.
- Experience in the financial industry, especially new account opening.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
