Position Summary
The Franchise Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our franchise network. This position is responsible for managing task workflows within CelebreeOne for the operations team, generating and analyzing operational reports, performing essential administrative functions, and serving as a first-line resource for franchisees seeking operational guidance. This individual helps drive consistency, brand standards, and overall franchisee satisfaction by delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused support.
Key Responsibilities
Task & Workflow Management
- Manage & track operational tasks within CelebreeOne, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Supports the Franchise Business Consultant in maintaining accurate records of franchisee compliance items, action plans, and operational milestones.
- Pull & compile operational reports from CelebreeOne and other systems to monitor performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to the Operations team to support decision-making and proactive coaching
Franchisee Support & Help Desk
- Acts as a primary point of contact for franchisees on day-to-day operational questions, troubleshooting, and best practice sharing.
- Route complex issues to the appropriate subject matter expert while maintaining ownership to ensure resolution.
- Document and track inquiries to identify trends and recurring needs.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support the Operations department with administrative tasks such as scheduling calls, preparing agendas, maintaining files, and distributing communications.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in franchise operations, administrative support, customer success, or similar role (franchise industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using franchise management systems such as FranConnect (or similar CRM/task systems).
- Strong skills in pulling, organizing, and summarizing data; comfortable with Excel and report generation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service-minded approach.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong desire to support franchisee success.
