Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of daily operations. Training and probation period will be paid at $21/hr, after which it goes to $24/hr with room to grow!
Duties
- Operate box trucks, vans, or other commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, including heavy lifting as necessary.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and customers.
Qualifications
- Drivers license - CDL not required.
- Must be at least 21.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass background checks and drug tests as required.
