At Modelit, we seek a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of Salesforce administration fundamentals and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a strong interest in learning and applying new Salesforce features
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Manage user access, security, and Salesforce configurations.
Oversee sandbox environments and support deployment activities.
Perform ongoing data management.
Perform ongoing org maintenance and apply updates from Salesforce releases.
Configure and support AppExchange and third-party applications.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide user training, guidance, and ongoing support.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals: security model, data model, and automation tools (flows).
Solid skills in data management: ETL operations, deduplication, and data quality.
Ability to create reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Knowledge of Apex sufficient to read code and collaborate with developers.
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud (NPC).
Experience with Experience Cloud.
Experience with Sales or Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Familiarity with deployment strategies (change sets, DevOps tools, CI/CD).
Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
