What does a successful Sr. Project Manager do?
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery—especially for large, complex initiatives that span multiple business units. What you will do:
- Responsible to serve as the client’s first, single and consistent point of contact.
- Participate in Project Level meeting with agreed upon schedule to include the client and representatives of Fiserv – audience to be determined mutually.
- Collate project information, accurately producing and presenting the following project-level reporting and tracking to appropriate audiences (Fiserv and Client)
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and meet objectives efficiently.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and changes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and manage potential project risks, adapting plans as needed to maintain project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
- Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
- Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
What would be great to have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
- Experience within a Professional Services department
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
