Conduct electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs. Deliver comprehensive FA reports to internal stakeholders and external customers. Lead RMA case escalations, ensuring timely updates and resolution. Maintain and expand expertise in advanced failure analysis methodologies. Set up and manage debug systems for Design of Experiments (DOE) and error replication. Provide technical support and consultation to customer-facing teams. Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product engineering, system engineering, validation, or quality assurance. Strong foundation in failure analysis and system-level testing. Proficiency in SSD architecture and NAND flash memory operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior experience in the storage industry and customer-facing technical roles. Familiarity with PCIe, SATA, and bus tracing tools for system debugging. Strong time management and project coordination abilities. Self-driven with a passion for continuous technical development. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
