Perform electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs Generate and communicate comprehensive FA reports to internal and external teams Lead escalations for RMA cases, ensuring timely resolution and updates Set up and manage debug systems for DOE and error replication Provide technical consultation and support to customer-facing teams Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in product engineering, system engineering, validation, or quality assurance Strong background in failure analysis and system-level testing Proficiency in SSD architecture and NAND flash memory operations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in the storage industry and customer-facing technical roles Familiarity with PCIe, SATA, and bus tracing tools for system debugging Strong time management and project coordination skills Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous technical development Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
