Experience coordinating New Product Introductions (NPI) with customers and OEM/ODM partners. Familiarity with OEM/Cloud product qualification processes and the broader storage industry. Demonstrated ability to gather and align customer qualification and test requirements with internal design teams. Experience managing partner concerns, driving issue resolution, and implementing corrective actions. Strong executive presentation skills and customer relationship management experience. Ability to manage configuration and change management processes for sample and production units. Business insight to assess and communicate customer impacts and trade-offs. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to advocate for customer needs within design teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in storage or related high-tech industries. Proven experience working with sales, customers, engineers, and product development teams. Strong project management skills and ability to manage customer communications and action logs. Ability to communicate technical information professionally, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
