Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Management/SharePoint Specialist Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Develops, manages, and maintains enterprise-wide knowledge management processes and collaborative platforms, as well as developing a Knowledge Management Plan, in support of IS3 program management activities.
- Designs and implements SharePoint-based solutions to support program planning, reporting, document control, and multi-tenant collaboration.
- Maintains and updates repositories for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), Risk Management Plan (RMP), and Transition Plans, enabling real-time access and version control across stakeholder groups.
- Configures SharePoint to support task tracking, deliverable submission, data dashboards, and workflow automation aligned with Army National Guard G-2 requirements.
- Applies metadata and taxonomy best practices to structure knowledge repositories and streamline retrieval of program artifacts and status updates.
- Supports monthly and ad hoc reporting by developing content management dashboards for use in Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Financial Reports, Technical Status Meetings (TSMs), and Trip Reports. Builds SharePoint lists, libraries, and forms to track Program Requests (PRs), Purchase Requests (RIPs/CTPs), Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), and meeting outcomes.
- Facilitates secure document access and permissions management, enabling controlled sharing across ARNG G-2, AAS COR, and Government stakeholders.
- Collaborates with project teams to integrate SharePoint capabilities into programmatic workflows, supports knowledge transfer during Transition-In and Transition-Out phases, and curates lessons learned repositories for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 15+ years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
