Amentum is seeking a Deliverables Manager Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Leads the gathering, consolidation, and quality control of all contractual deliverables, managing documentation workflows and compliance with Task Order (TO) requirements.
- Directs the development and maintenance of structured document management processes, aligning deliverable formats with Government-approved standards.
- Oversees the compilation of reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Risk Analysis Reports, and Project Management Plan (PMP) updates, tracking key milestones, project expenditures, and contractual performance.
- Reviews and refines Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates, coordinating technical inputs to maintain alignment with evolving project needs.
- Conducts quality control assessments on all submissions, verifying accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Coordinates deliverable tracking and submission schedules, collaborating with internal teams and Government stakeholders to facilitate the timely review and approval of contract documentation.
- Leads the organization of Transition-In and Transition-Out deliverables, consolidating project documentation, technical specifications, and risk mitigation strategies for seamless contract transitions.
- Develops standardized templates and workflows to streamline document management, reducing discrepancies and improving traceability.
- Engages in stakeholder meetings to refine reporting structures, identify process improvements, and optimize deliverable execution.
- Manages the repository of controlled documents, safeguarding the integrity, accessibility, and audit readiness of contractual submissions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
