Amentum is seeking a Business Integration Manager Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and implementation of charging structures for the Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing time-charging systems and financial integration processes.
- Leads the PMO Cell.
- Establishes and maintains Costpoint configurations, setting up employee accounts and aligning cost structures with project and contractual requirements.
- Leads the configuration and execution of SPEED subcontractor accounts, streamlining teammate time-charging and payment workflows to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
- Directs time tracking, validation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with Government labor tracking mandates and contract funding allocations.
- Supports service contract reporting, consolidating contractor and subcontractor labor hours for submission to SAM.gov in compliance with Government Fiscal Year deadlines.
- Manages labor hour data collection, tracking, and reconciliation to support accurate cost allocation and program financial oversight.
- Develops process improvements for workforce timekeeping and financial management, enhancing data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Engages with stakeholders to refine time-charging policies, mitigate compliance risks, and optimize financial operations to support seamless program execution.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
