As a Digital Commerce Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our omnichannel customer experience. You'll gain hands-on experience working across teams focused on e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, site optimization, and conversion strategy. This internship offers a dynamic environment where you'll analyze digital performance metrics, support initiatives to grow online sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve how customers shop and interact with Lowes.com and our mobile platforms.

This role has potential for conversion after graduation into a full-time, entry-level position as part of Lowe's Launchpad program for those that successfully complete their internship and required education. Lowe's Launchpad is a rotational opportunity designed to help emerging technologists strengthen their tech skills, engage with tech leaders, and learn more about Lowe’s culture while advancing their career. Successful completion of this program could result in final placement in just 14-months.

This internship is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
What You Will Learn
Understand Lowe’s digital customer journey and how omnichannel strategies support business growth
Analyze website and app performance metrics to identify customer trends and areas for improvement
Support digital merchandising strategies including product placement, search optimization, and promotional campaigns
Learn how to build and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
Collaborate with teams across marketing, UX, and IT to support digital enhancement projects
Participate in strategic planning discussions on feature prioritization and site innovation
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Expected graduation dates of December 2026, or May 2027
Preferred Skills/Experience
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
Passion for e-commerce, retail innovation, or digital marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO tools)
Strong communication and project coordination abilities
Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
